SHIPPING POLICY SHIPPING LOCATIONS TD Events & Designs currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. PROCESSING TIME Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or special promotions. SHIPPING Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, TD Events & Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. LOCAL PICKUP Local pickup is available for customers in the Laredo, Texas area. Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready. Pickup orders must be collected during our designated business hours unless other arrangements have been approved. BALLOON PRODUCTS Customers are responsible for properly handling, storing, and inflating balloon products after purchase. TD Events & Designs is not responsible for damage occurring after the customer receives their order, including damage caused by improper handling, inflation, storage, heat, sharp objects, or misuse. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur outside our control. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, customers should contact the shipping carrier and may contact us for assistance with available order information.
