RETURN & REFUND POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL TD Events & Designs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products once purchased. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. BALLOONS & PARTY PRODUCTS All sales of latex balloons, foil balloons, balloon supplies, accessories, decorations, and other merchandise are final sale. Customers are encouraged to inspect all items at the time of purchase and before leaving the store. Once merchandise has been received by the customer or leaves our store, TD Events & Designs is not responsible for damage, misuse, improper handling, improper inflation, storage conditions, or alterations made to the product. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS We carefully inspect our products before they are provided to customers. If you believe you received an item that was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of receipt, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide: * Your order number or proof of purchase * Clear photos of the item * Photos of the original packaging, when applicable We may require additional information to review a claim. Claims will not be accepted for items that have been: * Cut or punctured * Inflated or used * Altered or modified * Improperly handled or stored * Damaged after being received by the customer If we determine that an error was made by TD Events & Designs, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or other remedy as required by applicable law. ORDER CANCELLATIONS Orders may only be canceled within the cancellation window displayed at checkout, if applicable.
