DISTRIBUTOR AND LICENSED PRODUCTS TD Events & Designs may offer products purchased from authorized wholesalers, distributors, or manufacturers. Certain products sold in our store may feature trademarks, brand names, logos, or licensed characters that are the property of their respective owners. TD Events & Designs does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters, logos, or intellectual property appearing on officially licensed products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the sale of a branded or licensed product does not mean that TD Events & Designs is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with the owner of that intellectual property. All trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

CUSTOM ORDERS & CUSTOMER-PROVIDED DESIGNS TD Events & Designs may accept requests for custom products, designs, decorations, or personalized items. If a customer provides or requests the use of a logo, image, artwork, photograph, trademark, brand name, or other protected material, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to use that material. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permissions or authorizations before requesting its use. TD Events & Designs reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel a custom design request if we believe the requested material may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another party or otherwise violate applicable law. Submission of a design or image by a customer does not transfer ownership of that material to TD Events & Designs. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT By providing content for a custom order, the customer represents that the content does not violate the rights of any third party and that they have permission to authorize its use for the requested order. The customer remains responsible for the content they provide, subject to applicable law.

Custom and personalized orders are prepared specifically for the customer. Once production, personalization, or preparation has begun, the order may not be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded, except as required by applicable law.
